Coming by Metro
The center is also reachable via the Metro Green Line, you need to get down at the Nagasandra Station (Last Stop) on the Tumkur Road and then take a bus to the Makali as advised in the previous section. If you live in South or North Bengaluru then you can directly take the Green Line to get to Nagasandra, however if you live in the other parts of Bengaluru then you need to reach Magestic and then take the Green Line towards Nagasandra.
Coming by Car
The Centre is located off Tumkur road. (There is a new toll road which has recently come up on Tumkur road. It is necessary to take the service road on the left instead of the middle toll road since there is no exit from the toll road at the required place to go to the Centre). While driving from the city, you will pass the following landmarks: Yeshwanthpur Railway Station > Jalahalli Cross > Parle Biscuit Factory > Jindal Naturopathy Centre > Exhibition Grounds. Soon after this, you will find Himalaya Drug Company on your left side (Makali bus stop). After Himalaya, take the first U-turn under the flyover and then take a left for Alur (look out for road sign saying 'Alur'). Drive down the winding village road for about 3 Kms, until you reach Alur Gram Panchayat. The Center is only a few meters ahead from here. Ample parking space is available at the Centre.
Participants driving from South Bangalore may find it much faster to come via the NICE (Nandi Infrastructure) Road. NICE Road is a Toll Road. The advantage of NICE road is that there is hardly any traffic on this road. One can get onto the NICE road either from Bannerghatta road or Kanakapura road or from Mysore road (after Kengeri). NICE road will join Tumkur road a little after the Jindal Nature Cure Institute. Please refer above instructions for proceeding from there.
